Default Im looking for some advice please

Hi, ive been to quote on some wall and floor tiling, walls no problems and the floor has already been fitted with a wickes wetroom tray.
I need some advice to finish the floor as never done a wetroom, the customer has put extra noggings in the floor and screwed down 18mm wpb but the wickes wetroom tray is 30mm so we have 12mm to make up, the customer would like me to tank with wickes tanking membrane, never used, also underfloor heating,
This is the part i need advice,(1) should i fit a 6mm hardie to the ply
    (2) fit the ufh
    (3) slc/6mm
    (4) tank with the wickes membrane, has anyone used before ,says to use a 6mm trowel
    (5) oh yes also wants mosaics on top

Never used any Wickes products before so can't comment.
Is the wetroom tray a tileable type.
If so I'd bring the floor up level with the tray and float over the UFH to its edge - this will give you a slightly greater fall into the outlet.
You could build up the 12mm with Hardie .
