Has any one used this as im wondering whent you lay floor covering how do you seal arond pipes for sink and toilet plus shower pipes any help

Hi mate,
did you find out anything useful as to how to seal round pipes? I've used this system once before at my parents, and about to use it again, but this time upstairs. Got on real well with it, found it very easy to use, but didn't need to seal round any pipes last time. This time I will. I would expect to use the sealant that goes with the system, and the 'grabber' used to stick the panels together does a very good job.
