What 1st UFH or Tanking
Hi new to forum and 1st post
I am looking to get a set format for installs as several clients are requesting wet rooms, so i look to you guys for advice on procedure.
I have a Tuff2 tray screwed to joists nogged as required, 18mm wpb ply floor screwed to joists, as the former is 5mm higher than the ply i was goint to prime the ply and install UFH then self level up to the former top and then tank with Dura wp walls and floor.
Do you install as above or tank 1st then install UFH on top ?
Can the UFH go onto the former of do you recomend stopping at the tray?
Is UFH standard in all wet rooms, as most on suites are on the ist floor with wooden floors not concrete is it best practice to install of not.
Hope you can advise

Your choice we would not go over the former as if there are difficulties in the furure and tray needs rising you lose the heating for whole room. Between the heat creeping and heat from water the area is not cold really.

Personal choice that one.
Hope you can advise
As above

Floor tiles 500mm by 500mm by 10mm porcilain
Wall tiles 300mm by 900mm by 10mm porcilain
Wall tiles may be cermamic
