The grout in my walk in shower is turning yellow in places, the work was completed around November last year, there is UFH beneath it (could this be the cause?) should I just try to clean it with something or is it much worse?
any ideas?

What grout was used and have you been cleaning with any bleach substance ?

I wouldn't have thought it's connected to having UFH under it.

cleaning the tiles with? or myself?

if you mean like shower gels/shampoos, i dont think theres any bleach types in there.

if you mean cleaning the tiles, I haven't been, should I be doing this? and what should I use?

You do need to clean the tiles, and grout. Most of the 'dirt' in grout around showers is actually body fats and salts from showering. So a quick clean after using the shower, with general bathroom cleaner will often prevent this.

Superflex is a nice white when it's applied and it should stay white for a long time, it's got a long guarantee on it too so feel free to call the BAL helpline.
