Default Tanking Membranes to floor screeds and walls

    Hi all

Was talking to a cutsomer yesterday about tile adhesives and the like and he was putting a tanking membrane in the shower area. Good stuff thinks I but hen he asked me how he should affix the tanking to the floor and the walls and I have to confess I did not know. What sort of adhesive do you use?

BUT...if it was a green screed then a slow setting flexi adhesive...moisture in the screed doesn't affect the slow set like it does fast set.

Only ever see the floors and wals before or long after tiling so not seen the tanking membranes. Do they look like ditra and the like or are they something completley different.
