stone tiling

anyone else on here prefer using stone to any other tiles. dont get to work with it often but love working with it.

Yeh, get alot more satisfaction working with stone, although fitting black slate today bloody awful stuff looks like i've been done the mines, think i'll have to steam clean my wet saw as well

I love doing travertine splash-backs, they look really great.

I do alot of work for a Fired Earth franchise so I work with natural stone quite regular, Travertine is my favorite easy to clean off after, norwegian and chinese slate are a nightmare to clean off got to make sure you do not leave any bloom before sealing, but get good money forlaying it so think I can put up with the extra hassle!!
