Default Tiling Adhesives - Grouts in Spain???

    Hi Everyone,

Just joined this forum ... I have been a tiler for 27 years now with 'C&G Wall & Floor Tiling' from Vauxhall College of Building in London.

I am planning on moving to Spain and would like to know if anyone can shed any light on the materials that are available especially Adhesives???

I am used to using all sorts of ready mix PVA or acrylic and powder form cementitious, rubber, twin pack based adhesives. I like Granfix, Howtex, Palace Supergrip and some others not so well known. For flexi I like 'BAL Flex' twin pack rubber or other cementitious flexi. Depending on the background type. I also like to use 'Ardex X7' (white) for pools type work.

Any brands you can recommend for GOOD 'real' non-slip PVA as well as a flexi and good cementitious adhesives would be great...?? Are any of the brands mentioned above available in Spain?

    Any info would be great!!!

    Thanks...

thinking off moveing to spain myself mate got inlaws living there, been over there a few times. most of the tilers and plasters i seen out there were using weber very big company in europe did not see any ready mixed addhesives.... think its to hot out there.... every thing will be slow set on sand and cement or even sand and cement fixed.... were you thinking of moving to yourself.. you have to find your own work out there because the spanish and north affricans have got it prity much wraped up ( cheap and good)
