    Default Finding work overseas

    Hi everyone, was looking to try and find some tiling work aboard and am having trouble in finding any. can anyone out there help me on where to look or if you have any contacts. I have been tiling for 7years now and have lots of experience in all areas.

    think you might struggle at the present moment paul(this world reccesion thingy),it'll be hard to get work in places your not known,some tilers are having problems getting work in there own areas!

    Thanks for your reply. Think you might be right, will prob have to ride out the storm and see what happens. lets hope that people start spending sooner than later.

    Hi Paul dont bother with Spain mate absolutey zilch here havent done a stroke since mid december.

    i can imagine with spain their economy has been hit hard and building is huge in spain

    Thats right LM they estimate that their are 180,000 houses on the costas finished and half finished they need to sell this backlog before they can even think of starting again the trouble is a lot of these properties are on urbinisations with no infrastructure and their are hundreds of Brits with better properties who cant afford the mortage and are chucking the keys back at the bank these properties then go to auction and can be picked up for a bargain so the new builds are not selling.Living the dream, place in the sun sorry not any more.
