I've got a job coming up where the customers electrician is fitting a loose wire system, he's using a tape under the wire which he says is as good as insulation boards, not to sure about that, but my biggest concern is will I be able to level over it and tile it without the fear of a failure...
Dropped a tile in a bath yesterday, I'm sure we've all been there.
Decided to try one of these repair kits from tool station before spending a small fortune on a bath repair man.
The results were much better than expected, well worth getting one to keep in the van..
I've been using the t/m rapid leveler, although in the hot weather it goes off to quickly, almost as soon you pour it..!
Any recommendations of a leveler that flows as well .........but doesn't go off in 3 seconds.. :)
Used the new mid grey today, i had half a bag of the old mid grey in the van. the 2 powders look totally different....
Have they bought out new swatches for the new grout ??
Take a look at my excellent drawing...
I need to tile one full wall, and the wall at 90 degree just half tiled.
Need to trim the full wall to the ceiling, and trim the half wall, I hate seeing the double trim next to each other, so thought I might mitre the corner and trim above...
Always said on the bags suitable for UFH, notice today it's disappeared off the bag.....
Web site, pdf, and technical advice all seem sketchy..?
Any one know if the format has been changed...?
What you lot using to cover your heat mats...??
I'm struggling to get hold of my normal Weber floor flex...
Also, talking to my supplier he was working out for a 23m2 floor I would need 7 bags ?
I normally work on getting 2m2 per bag...?
I normally use bal single part fast flex on wooden substrates over boarded with Hardie.
I need an adhesive that's as flexible, but more rapid setting than the 5 hours fast flex takes to dry...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...:)
