Re: Sigma 3a with case for sale-plus spare wheel
In all honesty,i personally think it will suit me better.Im sure there are many many happy users of sigma's...but i broke my wrist where the sockets join the wrist(popped 2 cartlidges..they need fusing with pins, but that would restrict its use.Been that way for 25yrs...im as strong as an ox really, ive learnt to work around it..can still lift 25kg bags of plaster, but for me the sigma started annoying my wrist..i know they do a klick klock handle but looks long winded,,,Tomecanic on the other hand(pardon the pun!)...looks for me an easier scribe and then gentle click...Im a bit of a tool snob like most, and i just love the look and functionality of the tomy...

Re: Sigma 3a with case for sale-plus spare wheel
Ahh i see... that would aggravate the injury then..
The Rubi TX works similar to the Tomecanic, where as you score and then flip the breaker over..
Not sure if you have seen the video for one but it would be wise to compare and see what you think.. i have one and it never lets me down..

Yep,seen 1 in the flesh at bedfords toppstiles...does look well made...and they do seem similar in the moving breaker...1 negative, the tomecanic case is a god awful looking!..but cases dont really bother me...they use to!...cheers for the heads-up on the tx...may give it some consideration...as we know parts and spares are so easily available..
