The only thing i'm not quite happy about is the marcrist blade i put on it, as it tends to wander on larger tiles, and when triming. But if you slow your cutting down it seems ok. When i change the blade, i'll be getting the new rubi one forget the model number at the mo though, but i beleive its a bit thicker than the marcrist.

on my DW250 when I put a tile up against the square edge & guide it gose of the line is this due to the blade or does this happen on all bridge cutters. I checked it of squareness and its Ok...

You might find it has been set up incorrectly. Mine did the same when I first got it. You can adjust the main rail with the rule on it. Use an engineers square to check it. If that is OK then it looks like a different problem.

If you not sure how to do it..then don't......contact a rubi rep and they will sort it......

Doesn't look like the same Mark from Rubi that I met at the Tile & Stone Show last year. Explained that the matting on my 3 month old DW250 was wearing already and he promised to send me out a new one. After that I called his mobile and spoke with him about 5 times............. still no mat. Gave up in the end but won't be buying Rubi again.

Sorry for the moan but that was my experience with them
