Question Open Question: Should I lay tiling for new floor *before* the kitchen is installed?

OK so when the old kitchen is ripped out (wahey) should I lay down the new flooring then so that the new kitchen sits on top of it? Or should the new kitchen sit on the stripped back floor of the kitchen and I just tile around it?It's a 1950's house that had vinyl floor tiles down in the kitchen (stuck very hard down on what I think is a concrete floor) and there is now an off-the-roll vinyl flooring over the top of them. Do you think I should be putting a tile flooring down in there in any case or should I try linoleum or get a new vinyl flooring?thanks
