Open Question: Black mould on tile grouting ....... help !?

Okay, the bathroom tiles have been up for twently odd years and the grouting around the bath is going totally black. I have tried cleaning with neat bleach ( using a toothbrush ) but there are places that the bleach is having little effect. Any suggestions please as to an effective alternative cleaner and what can i do to inhibit regrowth etc ...... thanks!
