Hi there, I am looking for advice on what I should do next. I employed a tiler to tile the walls and floor of my bathroom however I can only call it a botched job. The tiles aren't straight, the grouting is uneven, the run in my wet area hasn't been made enough of a gradient for the water to run to the drain. He also dropped a tile in my new bath which he has said his insurance would cover a replacement and that he would fix up the tile job. Can anyone give me advise as to where I stand? I don't really want this guy to complete the job as I am not confident he will make it any better. Is there a tiling professionals body that would give me advice or should I seek the advice of a lawyer?Please help and thanks. More... | ||||||||||
