yea 15mm take it off microbore i hate so get plumber in or make a support so you can hang rad on (this takes a bit of care tho)

Agreed, take them off but a word of warning....where there are TVRs fitted e prepared to fit a blanking end as these can be a problem not closing fully. Beware of floods.

even if you can slide tiles in easily behind radiator- spreading adhesive at the right angle would be a nightmare with radiator still on.
