I like working with stone but there are a few draw backs ,how many times has a customer asked you to pick up one piece and put it in a different positon as they think it will look better there ,only to see ,once moved it was better where it was first placed ,or they order 60m2 of material after only seeing a 10cmx10cm sample piece then complain its not what we ordered ?or trying to find enough space to lay out the tiles to seal them before fitting ,or spending 40minutes marking out and cutting a piece of stone for it to crack across a vein and then spend the next 20minutes repairing it with resin ,stone is lovely to work with and looks stunning when fitted well but make sure you allow yourself the time when fitting to do the job justice![]()
