Question Open Question: floor tile grout keeps cracking?

i have put down a small mosaic natural stone/pebble type tile on my bathroom floor. i have used a membrane and a floor tile adhesive and grout but the grout keeps cracking and coming out of the gaps. is there a seal i should paint on top or someting?
