Question Open Question: Does anyone know of something that will clean red quarry tiles please?

I'm trying to clean red quarry tiles. Whatever it is that's on them comes off with hard scraping but I wondered if there is anything I can buy that will make a job a little easier. Also is it possible to buy a non-slip polish for red quarry tiles?

All depends whats on them. Theres all kinds of degreasers and cement removers out there. Sides aswell or just or just the face. Are they up or are they fixed? Not cheeper to replace them by the time you've spent cleaning them?
