Electric UFH screed or self level 65 sq m - Tile Advice

Hi ive been asked to screed over an area of 65 sq m a entire ground floor in a house ( ive not seen the property yet so not sure of the room layouts)
its to go over electric UFH system
And it will be engineered laminate for most of the areas except the kitchen which will be tiled.
what would you suggest ?
dry screed?
self level?
bit out of my depth on this sized area.

Some ufh goes in the the screed but most lay on top and should be smoothed over with levelling comp .

It all depends on the build up you have, do you have enough room for an insulation and then a 50mm liquid or 65mm sand cement screed? If you do a VCD17 Cable would be able to be installed, this would act as a mass stoarge heater, heating the screed to a certain temperature and then releasing this heat throughout the day into the room.

If you don't have that depth and already have a screed down then you can go for the standard mat option, we offer our WoodTec range which is a foiled heating mat, laid down on to a 6mm Insulating underlay with the Engineered wood being laid directly on top of the heating mat creating a floating floor.

Could use 20mm of Gypsol TS20 over the heating cables instead of a bagged compound

The easiest option is a pour of self levelling.
However check the UFH output is appropriate for laminate and the thickness of the screed of correct depth.

Think I'll go with bagged self level as Im gonna assume there's not a lot of depth to play with
