JOB: Blackheath SE3 7JP Floor Tiler Domestic 20sqm: - Tile Advice

Hello,

Good quality tiler/floorer needed.
Details:

Blackheath SE3 7JP.
One Room kitchen - 20sqm.
Floor only - no skirting
Existing quarry tile to be removed - they come out easily as they are on some old plastic tiles. (i can do this if preferred - i'll get rid of them so no skip)
Concrete slab floor - must be able to screeding/level. ideally a thin level of insulation between as well.
Think the tiles chosen are porcelain (Mrs Jupe has sorted them) Code: LEW22771 (60mm x 60mm).
Instructions to be laid with very thin grout.
One doorway (no door). Joins wooden floor.
I'm buying tiles everything else to be provided by tiler.

Have i forgot anything? - start ASAP.
