 Auto-close feature disabled | |
We've had a feature for some time that auto-closes threads (excpet in some forums like the feedback forums) if they've not been responded to for 30 days.
I thought I'd disable it for a bit and allow people to reply to such thread providing they're not providing advice to really old ones - so check the date of the first post! Some are quite old now and the person has problably long finished 'that job'.
Though some of the older threads are the big advice threads that are on-going, which is why I've decided to open them again.
