    Hi Tilers arms members.

Please enter your pics for JOTM June 2011..
The prize for this month is a GOODIE bag from Mapei uk....

And we also have this month a set of knee pads donated by Sprung Ltd | Home
So many thanks to Sprung ltd for donating these..

All entries must either be date stamped on the pics entered or a news paper dated within the JOTM thread shown in one of the pics.

This is to prevent entries that were completed before the JOTM started etc, this is to make it fair for all who enter.

So if you enter pics and they are not as above then your entry will not count..

Ok Same as last month.. £150 to the winner, and £50 to both 2nd and 3rd place - but only if we get 5 or more entries.

well, have a job to enter at last. don't seem to get that many nice enough to put in here, but i think this one is worth a shot. i did start this one last month, but due to the plumber not turning up, not ordering the shower tray, then not ordering the shower stand, it ran into june. one of the pics has a paper in it (not mine, by the way), showing the last bit of silicone to run around the ceiling.
ok, so here's the pics. sorry if they're a bit jumbled up.

yeah, it seems expensive, but they showed it to us at the mapei training day, and he said it'd be around 100, but would be enough to do 4 or 5 bathrooms or showers. very easy to use as well, almost like paint.

Thought i may as well have a go, white stairs are terrazzo insitu i restored them to there original condition, they had the usual signs of wear and tear for 20 years old.

Next is the back stairs i lifted the old quarry tiles and put new red terrazzo tiles down and polished them.

Okay, to make the numbers up I'll enter yet another travertine bathroom that I completed today .

This is a small bathroom but was loads of fun as the customer was very "particular" and wanted all external edges profiled. Unfortunately, I've just realised that I did not get any pics of the tiles around the the door frame, but the customer did not want any architrave so the edges were all profiled too. Random bond, 60 x 30 & 45 x 30 - loads of fun .
