Tiler required for shower cubicle - Leeds
Hello,
I have a shower cubicle that needs tiling. The builder recommended a tiler, but after finding out he was going to tile and grout in one afternoon I was a little worried about the quality of the work so I cancelled him. Doing a little research it seems that it should really be tanked first, I can't imagine he was going to do that in an afternoon, especially not for the price he quoted.
Tiles are 600mm x 300mm ceramic, substrate is plaster skim onto plasterboard, area to tile is approx 7sqm. (Two walls 0.9 * 2.4, one wall 1.1 * 2.4)
Please can you give a description of how you would do the job and what materials you would use.
Thanks,
Graham
