Kitchen, utility room and toilet floor area is approx 15 m2 and the wall area is about 6 m2.

Kitchen, utility room and toilet floor area is approx 15 m2 and the wall area is about 6 m2.
The old tiles have been taken off the concrete floor and the loo will be.
600 x 600 Quartz tiles for the floor and skirting, ceramic to the walls.
