    Default Domestic tiling job, Wokingham

I have a new extention that wants tiling. 60m2 of porcelain tiles for the floors, and 20m2 of tiles for the walls. 6.5m2 of the floor tiles will be upstairs on a new green chipboard floor - assume that I will need hardiboard or similar between tiles and floor. The remaining floor tiles are going on concrete, and the wall tiles all on to clean plaster walls. Nothing fancy like wet rooms that need tanking.
If I was to get the work done for me, what could I expect to have to pay?
    Thanks
    Simon
