125sqm Jura mix honed 60 x 40 tiles over wet underfloor heating
First Floor
Tile walls and floors in 2 en-suites and 1 bathroom, all porcelain tiles
Bedroom 4 en-suite
Floor area - 3sqm
Wall area - 18sqm
Bedroom 3 en-suite
Floor area - 4.6sqm
Wall area - 26sqm
Bathroom
Floor area - 8sqm
Wall area - 37sqm
