Right... I take it it is ok then!

It's one room to start with for this particular contract. If it is done well then it will be extended to another 7 floors. This position is for this contract but we will want to continue employment after completion.

We pay by the hour... £12.50 basic rate, time and half for outside 6-18:00 and double time on a Sun.

Must have at least 5 yrs exp with at least 2 refs we can contact by phone.

LM, it depends on the client. This one is per hour and we generally pay our staff by the hour. However if our client wants to pay per metre then that's how we will work it.

OK, so £12.50ph on CIS, is this before tax? So 8 hour day £100.
Is mileage paid? I am just outside London.
Also what tiles and size, floors prepared and level to tile straight onto?
Are you supplying all materials at that rate?

Are there any other contractors working around the site?

Where in London mate?
