Chris from CJ Ceramics
We have a large and busy family home in the North West, and when we decided to convert our downstairs bathroom into a wet room, we rang around for a range of quotes. Some of the people we contacted demanded full payment in advance, refused to show us examples of previous work, and were actually rather rude given that we were actually giving them new business!
Chris was entirely different. This man, quite simply, is a gentleman of honour. He gave us a very competitive quote, explained to us in exacting detail what the job would entail, and did so with courtesy and efficiency.
The work itself was completed to an incredibly high standard, and it was clear throughout the job that Chris took an immense amount of pride in his work, and gained a great deal of satisfaction in seeing the job completed to his exacting standards. It was certainly a pleasure to see him working with a good attitude, in spite of the unforeseen difficulties that cropped up during the project. Unlike many others, Chris did not complain, but simply worked hard throughout the entire project.
During the project we got to know Chris almost as a member of our family, and certainly he was highly repectful of our busy family members coming and going through his work area. During this time we found him to be an educated man who believes in adopting an intelligent and open minded approach to life, as well as a sense of karma. This being the case, what goes around comes around, and we certainly hope that Chris will benefit from a well earned boost in his business. We will certainly be sending more work his way for further projects in the house.
Chris, thank you.
Dr. Rahman & Family.
P.S. On a side note, Chris used a plumber (Jack) who was, in no uncertain terms, as equally pleasant and hard working as Chris.
