Hi,
Can anyone give me any ideas what rates would be for wall tiling per sq.m./daily rate in the Middlesex/Heathrow area?

Rates are always a difficult one to guesstimate. I don't know of the rates personally in Middlesex. Try asking in the wall or floor tiling areas on the forum.

Prices vary all over the uk from 18-30 psm for ceramics. More for stone, porcelain etc... Thats just labour too.

Rates can vary for

1) the type of tile example (cermaic, porcelain, marble)
2) the size and thickness of the tile
3) Wall or floor tiling
4) How many window reveals you need to tile around.
5) How many obstacles/ double sockets you need to tile around.
6) Are any patterns included.
7) How uneven floors are.

There are lots of extras to consider especially in a small bathroom.

it depends on matials backgrounds but iu was working for myself it would be £30 m2 roughley but site work would be about 18m2 i depends on quality of work experience and stuff every one thinks they can tile when its realy hard i had to do a four year apprentership.
