    some of my ceramic tiles have lifted for a second time. i laid them over a concrete screed using flexible adesive and flexible grout.i coated both the floor and tile with pva and water mix.the room is 3 metres square and has underfloor heating.i do not think i needed an exspansion joint.please help garry
