None at all in all the time I have used it. Maybe something is flexing too much or the grout was mixed incorrectly.

what substrate have you tiled onto may i ask
i would imagine there is too much movement in the floor for the grout to be cracking as its a good product

is the tiling on the wall or the floor and is it on wood, plaster, screed?

Nope, Im afraid not. 9 times out of 10 cracking grout is the first sign the bond being lost between the tile and the wall/floor.
Sorry to say it but there is most likely more to it than cracked grout.
