    Default Priming concrete floor

    Hi Guys

Need some advice please. I am using a new tiler and not sure of his credentials. I have built a new house and about to have kitchen floor tiled. I have underfloor heating (water) with a 60mm semi dry screed on top. When I ordered the tiles the supplier asked if we required any primer. I asked the question of my tiler who replied he does not bother with it. I have been supplied with Benfer flex adhesive and the floor has been down about 8 months. I would really appreciate any guidance as I am concerned about future problems.

    Thank you

    Cheryl

Hi Cheryl .. Not all floors need to be primed... if it is dusty then ye a primer will help but some tilers burn in the adhesive before combing through the adhesive..
