Hello people,i'm looking to tile over my fireplace and am after advice as to the best tils and adhesive to use to get the job done.

Hello people,i'm looking to tile over my fireplace and am after advice as to the best tils and adhesive to use to get the job done.

if its a fire that is going to be subject to heat then use bal fast flex and grout with bal wide joint grout and GT1 admix..follow instructions on the admix bottle...if its a decorative fire then just use a normal flexi adhesive and flexi grout...wash down tiles with a degreaser like sugar soap or similar before tiling.....dave....
