I bought some tiles from a tile company and when a fitter came to lay them, we noticed that they were all different shapes and sizes (up to 4mm difference from one side of the tile to the other). This meant that the tiles were not square and gave a very uneven grout line. I've tried to return them and the company are saying that there is no way that they will refund my money. The boxes for the tiles were not marked with anything to suggest that they were varied sizes and did not have a grade on them or a european standard mark (they were made in China I think).
Any advice please?
