Default Flats in welwyn garden city

    Hello people,

Thought i would give an update. Some may or may not remember but i told you of these flats that i had taken on.They had alot of tiling in each bathroon, ensuite and kitchen floors.Plus they had boxing in every single one.I asked for more money and as a result of this, took on another person and we are just completing the entrance in limestone (600x400) 56 metres. In the process of all this they have given me a further 8 houses to complete in Islington and i am hopeful of further work for the future. I am not complacement and have priced up another 30 flats , just waiting for response so will let you know on that score! Thanks for the advise in the first place!
