Travertine tiles, filled or unfilled
I like the look of unfilled travertine tiles for the walls surrounding a shower bath area, but will they give me problems in areas where they will get wet. Obviously filled tiles would have no problems with water retained in the holes. Any advice?

Re: Travertine tiles, filled or unfilled
in a word yes. However the holes should be filled with grout while grouting then sealed so should be Ok in the end. Are you sure you want these around the shower, if so tank it first.
