Ive used their online store over the last few years when the customer wants a cheep mat and never had any problems. They also have a good customer service and give the same guarantee as everyone else as long as you fill out the guarantee form properly. the only problem I have with any of the heat mat companies, is the guarantee only covers the mat and not the tiled floor on top of it, so is pointless IMO!
