Although I can not go into specifics - get another 2 estimates and compare! But I don't think its too far away and we can all be flexible if there is tiling as well to do. Is it a quote by an Electrician to include connection, or is it a Tiler who will overscreed the UFH and leave with cold tails for connection by a qualified Electrician.

to the Tilers Forum and good luck - you can always PM a member local to you to get further advice.

Yes welcome to the forum and I am sure you will get the information you need.
As always three local quotes from trusted tilers are always best.
Trusted means recommendations and references. Of course you may already have that info.

Thanks for the replies so far.

How do you go about finding trusted tradesmen? Apart from asking people you know who can recommend anyone, - is there any where else to find such people?
