Hi all any tips of does and dont for installing a warmup heating mat ? many thanks

But IMO it is better to SLC over the heat mat before tiling.

customer has bought the warmup mat any tips would be great Dave.

i said i was going to slc on top of the heat mat, the guy at topps tiles thought i was a alien

Northstar, read through the link I put up above loads of people have posted hints and tips on it.

As above, read it lol, slc over the mat every time for me, no worries about breaking the mat.

Hi Bri nice post i have read it, would you prime on top of the slc for the tiles to go on to ?

The SLC was ultra level it one, which needs no primer before tiling. Check on the bag depending on which one you choose.

You can't link to search results pages on that site (or this forum). You have to click onto the product and then link to that. The search results are per-person. You will both see your own, but you can't pass that link onto somebody else as it just says "page 1 of search results" in code (sort of) and not the actual search you did.

Just so you know.

It's working now????? Yeah that's the one, if you have an account there it's half that price.
