    just a quick one lads.. i've forgotten how long i need to leave the underfloor heating off after tiling?

    I leave it for 2 then raise the temp no more than 5 degrees a day, but Im sure that Dave has done more rooms than I have.

    i leave it 2 to 3 weeks just to make sure. better safe than sorry. i just relaid a floor where it had lifted due to the customer switching the ufh on the next day , i didn't do the original floor tho.

    I had a job last year where the customer just plugged the 2 tails straight into the plug socket without even fitting a plug!! This was about 4 hours after I had tiled the floor and told him to stay out and that the ufh cant be turned on for 2 weeks. Dont know if it blew, I also dont care, what an idiot.
