Default Height of Thermostat from wall

Hello guys, just wondering what is a good height to mount the thermostat for ufh?

Can it be higher that height of wall mounted switches? I notice older properties (like mine) have the light switches higher than newer builds. Suppose its to do with building regs.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

whatever height the light switches are is best imo,you want to be able to see it and for it to be easily accessable

Thanks David, that was what i was thinking, but was wondering that if you 6ft height, you may have to duck down a little to read the display.

Was wondering whether it was legal to mount it higher and not fall foul of building regs.
