Hi all, probaby not the right place for this but.......FUNNY LOL

We artexed a bedroom ceiling and all the walls for a customer, who was a complete nutter.

While we were doing the ceiling she came into the room to give us a couple of brews (bless her) and kicked a full tub of sealer over + the brews went everywhere lol.
Much tidying up later and she had gear all over the bottom of her skirt and ended up smearing it all down her h/s/ landing.
At this point we decided that she could only look from the doorway LOL

We finished the job cleaned everything up and had just set off for the next job ..... suddenly the lady came running down the side of the van banging on the side and screaming, gave me a right fright I can tell you.

I stopped the van and got aout to see what the trouble was and she was covered in artex from her right shoulder down to her right ankle LOL

She'd decided to put the bed back in place and had put her hand on the wall to get purchace to push the bed,,,,, wall was still soaking wet and she slipped along the wall and was covered hehehe.

What did we do?

Well when I stopped laughing, i patched up the wall.... free of charge.

Moral is customers are sometimes nutters and do things that may seem crazy to tradesmen but they don't know any better?

Sorry its a bit long winded lol

Just thought i'd share.

If anyone does damage a heating cable, you should be able to repair the cable using a repair kit. A repair kit should be available from the manufacturer of the heating.

Need any further help, please do contact me.
