    Default Textured slate effect tiles....

    Hello guys,

    Natural-Slate-Effect-Wall-Floor-Tile_large.jpg

I've seen these tiles ate wickes, slate effect tiles but they are smooth.

Natural Slate Effect Wall & Floor Tile - Floor Tiles - Tiles -Tiles & Floors - Wickes

    Pretty cheap at £11.19/pm

I went to a tile place local to me and they wanted £40 a metre for something very similar but have texture to it, like a real slate tile. They were porcelin also. He dropped to £25 without any effort.

I'm after about 17m so will struggle to find the cash for £25/pm. Does anyone know a supplier who does something similar but for nearer the £15/pm? or am I whistling in the wind?

    Thanks in advanced

    James

I think it is a case of getting one you like and going to all your local suppliers and see if they can match the tile to your budget.

Think your right. they are a small independant so hopefully room for maneuver, the last time I went to them he had a warehouse full of pallets and just told me everything is £10pm. I was hoping this time would be the same

PS.. small world.. i'm also from heathfield haha!

If it's the Tile Barn then they wont budge...Could try Factory Tiles in Uckfield or Pentagon Tiles in Crowborough.
