All boxes had faulty tiles in them. They refused to have anything to do with it. Sued in Small Claims Court under SOG ACT and won. Now have my money back. i advise all those affected to go to Trading Standards. they assume that it is up to the consumer to return the faulty goods but that is not the case. the onus is on them to collect. i think this is how they have go away with so much
