Default 110v or 240v tools in Oz?

A question to anybody in the know, im gonna invest in a new Dewalt 2400 in the new year. And im hoping to emigrate to Oz in the near future,
would i be better off buying a 110v or 240v If i was staying here i would deffo buy 110v, but wanted to know do fixers in Oz use 110v? I currently have a mixture of 110v & 240v tools.

just make sure they are in good condition as you will have to get them taged (checked by sparky and taged) to go on most sites

u wont be able to use ur dewalt 2400 240 volt on jobsites, that particular model is not released here and does not meet our electrical saftey standards, the saftey police will fine you.
Your tools need to have an australian approval number if working for builders. If working for youself i recon ude get away with it tho.

You would be better off selling all ur electrical tools and buying new.

Thats interesting I was led to believe that the Dewalt 2400 was popular over there aswell. Big decision now as iv recentley sold my Rubi DW200LPS so will need a new cutter whilst here. More research I think!
