I was looking at a place called seaford, but as there are so many hospitals in and around Melbourn the area doesnt matter as long as we can get hubby a job. So open to offers.

I used to work for this guy and found him to be a good man.
His name is Simon Moran and operates in the South East suburbs mainly.

Know a builder mate who has just moved from Brisbane down to Melbourne to be closer to family. He's told me that Melbourne isn't as busy as Brisbane and his building rates have halved just to get work. He also asked me to go down there and do some tiling projects for him as the local tilers were not as good as he'd hoped. I asked him if he would pay me the same rates as I worked for him up in brisbane plus travel. He said that I'd have to drop my price by 50%

    I politely declined.
