My wife and I are returning to NZ after 10 months back in the UK (can't wait!) and I'm hoping to start a new career in tiling. I'm presently doing a 4 week wall and floor tiling course with Trade Skills in Crawley and would appreciate any information on tiling products used in NZ (particularly adhesives) and any particular methods used there. I know that in bathrooms they tend to use the same tiles on the floor as on the wall and often carry the grout lines down the walls and across the floor (pain in the arse if the room isn't modular!) but that's about it.
I'm also keen to get into 'wet-rooms' over there, so any info on that (lining, tanking, forming the shower base out of concrete, etc) would also be welcome.
