Just heard from the Missus that the Dettol Mould and Mildew remover seems to have done the trick. Although remains to be seen if the bleach contained within the dettol damages the tiles, will let you know.

I agree it will probably come back but once cleaned the intention is to re-seal and then repeat the process in around 6 months.
