Hi, in my mates house he has either ceramic or porcelain or just porcelain faced floor tiles i cant really tell. They have a texture on them that collects dirt and has to scrub them twice a year to keep clean. just wondering if they would be easier to keep clean if a sealent was used on them once cleaned to make them easier to clean. cheers
