Personal choice but i rarely price jobs on a metre square rate any more. There are just too many variables in the equation but each to their own. Porcelains, stone, large format, windows, sockets, mosaics, self levelling, dodgy substrates etc etc. I price my jobs on day rates and adhesives etc separatly.
It'll be ok when it's grouted
